How It Works

1. System Integration

Start by mounting the GaltTec fuel cell onto your drone and connecting it to the fuel tank. 

2. Add Fuel

Fill the tank with hydrogen or ethanol. Check connections for tightness and confirm the fuel supply is stable and ready.

3. Fly

Activate the system to begin power generation. Enjoy extended and reliable flight performance. 

4. Refuel

Refill the tank and fly again. Simple. Reliable. Repeatable.

Microtubular Design at Micron Scale

Each GaltTec fuel cell is built on microtubular solid oxide technology — thousands of ceramic tubes, each just as thin as a human hair. This design provides faster start-up, greater durability and higher power density than traditional SOFCs.

Our proprietary fabrication process miniaturizes every component, making the cells stronger, lighter, and more efficient— the foundation of GaltTec’s performance advantage.

Clean Power Through Solid Oxide Chemistry

GaltTec’s solid oxide fuel cells produce electricity through a combustion-free electrochemical reaction. When hydrogen or ethanol enters the cell, oxygen ions travel through the solid oxide membrane — creating electricity, heat, and water as by-products.

This process allows for high-efficiency, low-emission power generation using a wide range of fuels — from green hydrogen to renewable fuels.
